This learning module covers the three main phases (levels of engagement) that every survivor/peer worker relationship goes through as it starts out. It takes you through the purpose, intention and approach for each phase. There are also useful tips provided on maintaining connection with the survivor throughout, regardless of the length of time it takes for your relationship to develop.
