Supervision for Peer Workers

Description
Welcome to this course on understanding peer worker supervision.

As a peer worker supporting male survivors of sexual abuse through a member organisation of Tautoko Tāne Aotearoa (TTA), you need to participate in supervision. This module explains what supervision is and how it works, and answers common questions or concerns that many peer workers have.

The module is made up of four short topics, which you work through in order. After each topic, use the self-check questions to confirm that you understand the topic. For each set of questions, you need to achieve a mark of 75% or more before you can move onto the next topic. You may try as many times as you like and you can also discuss the topic with your manager if you get stuck.
